Terms & Conditions

• Jeweller means Soni Jamnadas Muljibhai / Jamnadas Muljibhai And Sons, having its principal place of business at Main Bazar, Babra - 365421.
• Participant / Customer means any natural person who has registered on the App and has been accepted into the Program.
• Platform Provider means the third-party entity providing and maintaining the App and associated technical infrastructure.
• Reward Points means promotional, non-monetary, revocable points issued at the sole discretion of the Jeweller.
• Registered Mobile Number means the mobile number provided by the Participant during registration and verified through OTP or similar mechanism.

• The Program is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen years of age and competent to contract under applicable law.
• Registration on the App and/or participation in the Program constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
• The Participant represents that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and current.
• The Participant is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of the registered mobile number and account credentials.
• All communications regarding reward points, expiry, or redemption shall be deemed duly served if sent through SMS, App notification, or any electronic mode.

• The Program is a purely promotional and discretionary customer engagement initiative.
• It shall not be construed as a savings scheme, deposit scheme, investment product, or financial instrument of any nature.
• Reward Points do not constitute money, property, actionable claims, or any legally enforceable financial right.
• Reward Points are issued gratuitously and may be withdrawn, modified, or cancelled at any time.
• No network marketing, referral, commission-based, or multilevel marketing structure forms part of this Program.

• Reward Points may be issued on eligible purchases made from the Jeweller.
• Issuance is entirely discretionary and may vary by product, invoice value, or promotional campaign.
• Points may be calculated on the net invoice value inclusive of labour charges, GST, and applicable taxes.
• Reward Points will be awarded only up to Tier 7. Once a customer reaches Tier 7, no further points shall be earned.
• Reward Points can be redeemed only after a customer completes a tier. Partial or mid-level redemption shall not be permitted.
• The Jeweller reserves the right to determine eligibility of transactions and to correct, reverse, cancel, or withhold points in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach.

• Reward Points may be redeemed against net invoice value inclusive of labour charges, GST, and all taxes.
• Reward Points must be redeemed within thirty days from the date of notification, failing which they shall automatically and irrevocably lapse.
• Redemption shall be subject to system validation, availability of points at the time of billing, and compliance with these Terms.
• Customers participating in the Rewards Points Program may not be eligible for any other showroom-based program or offer, where applicable.

• Reward Points shall remain valid only for such period as determined and communicated by the Jeweller.
• Reward Points shall automatically lapse upon expiry of validity, termination or suspension of the Program, account inactivity, account closure, or breach of Terms.
• Lapsed, expired, forfeited, or cancelled Reward Points shall not be reinstated under any circumstances.
• No claim, compensation, or liability shall arise in respect of such lapsed or forfeited points.

• Reward Points are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-negotiable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, vouchers, or monetary equivalents.
• Any attempted transfer, sale, or misuse shall render the points void and may result in termination of participation.

• The Program shall be administered through the App by the Platform Provider.
• The Jeweller reserves the unilateral and absolute right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Program at any time without liability.
• The Jeweller may amend these Terms and alter the method of accrual or redemption of Reward Points.
• No customer shall have any claim, compensation, or legal right in relation to such changes.

• The Program and App are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• The Jeweller and Platform Provider disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• The Jeweller shall not be liable for system errors, delays, downtime, SMS failures, unauthorized access, misuse, or technical loss of data or points.
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the notional value of unredeemed Reward Points available in the Participant’s account at the relevant time.
• Under no circumstances shall the Jeweller be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages, or loss of profits, business, or opportunity.

• The Platform Provider acts solely as a technology facilitator.
• The Platform Provider does not sell jewellery or issue invoices.
• The Platform Provider shall have no liability for commercial transactions between the Participant and the Jeweller.
• All claims shall lie exclusively against the Jeweller.

• The Jeweller shall issue invoices in compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Reward Points shall be reflected only as a promotional adjustment and shall not constitute legal tender or payment.

• The Participant consents to collection, processing, and use of personal data for program administration, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• Data shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
• The Participant expressly consents to receiving transactional and promotional communications.

• The Participant shall comply with all applicable laws.
• The Participant shall provide accurate information.
• The Participant shall not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading conduct.
• The Participant shall independently verify Reward Point balances and applicability before redemption.
• Any misunderstanding or assumption shall not bind the Jeweller or Platform Provider.

• The Jeweller reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without notice in cases of breach, suspicious activity, or misuse of the Program.
• Upon termination, all Reward Points shall stand automatically forfeited.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be referred to sole arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Rajkot, Gujarat.
• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Jeweller.
• The language of arbitration shall be English.
• Subject to arbitration, courts at Rajkot shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties.
• If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
• Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
• The Jeweller shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure events.

These Terms may be accepted electronically via the App, OTP verification, or digital signature and shall be legally binding.

• Disclaimer: This reward points program is a conditional reward based on future business milestones and is not a financial investment or a guaranteed return scheme.
• This program of milestone-based reward point program of up to 50,000 opens upon the completion of a tier.
• Priority nature: This cycle is calculated based on aggregate global sales volume, community growth milestones, and internal transaction sequence.
• No entrance fee: Participation in the reward point programs is a free add-on benefit for customers who have already completed a purchase of goods. No part of the purchase price is considered an entry fee or investment into the program.

• Reward points are non-monetary, promotional, and notional units maintained digitally for the limited purpose of providing conditional purchase benefits.
• Each reward point has a notional equivalent value of 1 Indian Rupee only for internal adjustment purposes and does not represent money or legal tender.
• Reward points:
  • are not cash
  • are not refundable or encashable
  • cannot be transferred, gifted or sold
  • do not accrue interest
  • do not create any debt or monetary obligation

• 3.1 Enrollment in the Program is voluntary and subject to acceptance by the Jeweller. The Jeweller may require basic identification or contact details for enrollment. Enrollment does not create any contractual relationship between the Customer and the Platform Provider.
• No recruitment link: The customer is not required to recruit other members to earn the reward. The cycle moves based on the overall business growth, not the customer's personal referrals.

Earning of Reward Points:

• Reward points may be earned on the purchase of Jewellery from the Jeweller at such rates and subject to such conditions as may be decided by the Jeweller from time to time.
• Issuance of reward points is promotional and discretionary and may vary by product, transaction value or promotional campaign.
• Reward points once credited are subject to these Terms and may be modified, restricted or discontinued in accordance with the Program rules.

Utilisation of Reward Points:

• Reward points may be utilised only for purchasing Jewellery from the same Jeweller.
• Reward points can be used to adjust the base value of Jewellery only. If the Jewellery value exceeds available reward points, the Customer must pay the difference amount in money.
• Reward points cannot be used to pay:
  • labour or making charges
  • Goods and Services Tax or any statutory tax
  • hallmarking or certification charges
  • delivery or service charges
  • advance or booking amounts
• Reward points cannot result in any cash refund or negative payable balance.
